Monthly grappling classes

Graeme Welsh a former member of the National Squad and a former world Judo champion will be taking a monthly grappling class at Shidokan, London dojo. This will involve throws and groundwork involving submission techniques such as locks and suffocation techniques. Costs will be the same as for usual classes. First date is Thursday January 19th.
