Shodan seeks sponsorship

Shodan Adam Everest is running the Flora London marathon this year on April 23rd in aid of CLIC sargent, a charity that supports children with leaukimia and cancer. He hopes to complete the 26 mile course in under 4 hours and has been training hard for this since last October. Anyone who wishes to sponsor him and support this worthy charity can do so online by visiting www.justgiving.com/adameverest, or alternatively can sponsor him in person at the London dojo, when he is there for training. Adam will let us know how he got on after the event and possibly post a photo of him looking suitably knackered.
