Recommended osteopath

A new service for Shidokan members. In order to accelerate recovery from injury, soft tissue damage, impact damage, misalignment and skeletal problems we would like to introduce you to Tim Jewers BSc (hons) Ost Med DO ND, Registered Osteopth.

Tim gracefully accepted an invitation to visit the London dojo to witness our training. Following some very successful treatment to members with various aches and pains he has agreed to give Shidokan members a reduced preferential rate.

First consultation £40 instead of £50. Subsequent consultations £35 instead of £40. Tim has a lot of experience in sports injuries, having himself been a rugby player for many years, and comes highly recommended by Shihan Burnel.

Remember, we are involved in an impact sport, our pain threshold is generally greater than the average person's, we often ignore pain and compensate. After a while tell tale signs of discomfort and pain will appear not necessarily where the original injury occurred. Do yourselves a favour and visit Tim even if it's just for an "MOT"!
