For several years now we have been going down to Nice for winter training.

This year, due to other commitments, Shidokan France is unable to hold a February Gasshuku and so we have decided to hold our own in a purpose built dojo near Watford.

It will be held over the weekend of 16/17th February. The format will closely follow the French one, i.e. training Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

This will include training in Shidokan karate, Shidokan kickboxing, and judo and ground techniques with Graeme Welsh. We can sleep and shower in the dojo. The cost of the training will be £20. All are welcome regardless of school or style. Please bring your own sleeping bag and trainers and boxing gloves, if you have them.
