In an historic and well attended grading at the London Dojo, Steve Fenwick and Adam Everest earned the first Shidokan black belts to be awarded on British Soil. Adam was reported to have said, "I'm quite pleased." Also Rachel from Cambridge dojo earned her 5th Kyu and fought 3 students.

The all-day grading was comprised of four hours of kihon (basics) followed by a ten man kumite for both Adam and Steve in the evening.
